Warning - political phonespam rant
Oct. 6th, 2004 04:11 pmThis morning, just as I was leaving for work, I got a call from our PM, John Howard.
I realised quickly that this was a recorded message. To give the only due that's owed, I'll admit that this was also said early in the recording.
I have no idea what the whole recording said (though I'm told that the ABC has a recording online at http://abc.net.au/elections/federal/2004/weblog/audio/howard.mp3). I have enough trouble listening to him on radio etc, I'm not going to listen to him spamming me on my own phone!!!
I know that political parties are exempt from the spam act, but this is just too annoying. It's a pity I wasn't voting for him anyway, now I can't even change my vote to show how annoyed I am!
