...eating at the local Indian restaurant in Wenty. Tom knew you and Styvyn and invited us all out together. Nothing sca involved whatsoever at that stage. I remember thinking that you might be thinking I was greedy because I wouldn't share my dish. I hogged my dish because it was of the non-hot variety and being a non-gourmet I was afraid of your dishes :) Little did I know what good friends we'd become!

So which userpic was it?? I became a jeweller because I love sculptural three dimensional useful and pretty objects. I also love miniature things. The two sort of combined together into jewellery. Having studied graphic art I can drew designs for customers and being a gemmologist brings in my love of science. Dammit, I can't wait to have a decent workshop again. Getting itchy metal fingers...

1) I suddenly realised who yu were from someone else's lj friends list and you were a friend so... Actually, that's true, but I also can't remember whether or not you friended me first.

Almost entirely self-taught. A fellow showed me how to get a good alternating hand 6/8 beat going once, before I actually bought my first djembe.
